Located in the centre of Santa Caterina, it is just a very short distance from the skilifts, from the cross-country track, from the ski-school, from the Kinderheim, and from all the other facilities on offer in the town.

It offers cosy lounges, furnished in a mountain style, where you can spend your leisure time relaxing, reading, watching television or simply listening to music.

There is also a ski room containing personal warmed lockers for skis and ski-boots and a heated garage for customers use.
